“Why do you want to do here?”and the perfect answer

"Why do you want to do here?"and the perfect answer

The most familiar question is the one that makes you the most likely to make mistakes. Depending on the job, profession, or circumstances that make you apply – try to see the most suitable answer options.

“Tại sao bạn muốn làm ở đây?" và câu trả lời hoàn hảo

This is one the question is in the classic form of a job interview, but not everyone has the perfect answer. Then lie down 3 ways to answer later, and remember to speak briefly:

1. Express your concerns

Employers want to understand what's in them that has attracted you and wants to work for them. So let's think about the specific things about them: products, services, core values or brands… today, it's not difficult for you to find this information is from their website.

But how do you show it naturally? Filter out what you really feel when you find out. For example, is it a breakthrough shoe brand, which is very popular with hip-hop enthusiasts like you? Or have you ever used the service and felt so convinced that you wanted to be part of the system? You can also mention that their core values are close to your critical values, your goals in life, especially if they are community-minded NGOs. In general, saying passion is not enough, explain why you interested in where you are recruiting.

2. Show your strengths

You can show a little about your passion and your strengths. The job you are applying for is very close to a strength, competence, experience that you already have, and can make you a more competent personnel.

“I've always liked supporting people with information, explaining to them how a product or service works, so I wanted to work at the call center. The company is a popular brand, so I will definitely have a lot to learn.”

Do not be afraid to clarify your desire to find the most suitable workplace

Or, ” I like to work with words, and I want to see the influence of what I write to my customers, so UX content is the area I want to try. Especially when the company has just launched a new application product.”..
Or, ” I've successfully designed robots in a university club, so I really want to be able to participate in the company's operations equipment research department.”

3. Demonstrate your career goals

You can absolutely show personal ambition. The employer understands that you will not choose a position where you do not have a good chance of promotion or welfare, or at least a title commensurate with the needs.

So let's be honest:”I've been successful in the same position, and I see that this position can open the door to development for me in a whole new field.” Or ” I see this as a large corporation, with many departments and a large scale of foreign cooperation. I can learn and develop my abilities and have more opportunities for promotion.”

Ambition is not a bad thing, if you can associate it with commensurate experiences and competencies. And you should also find out in advance whether the candidate is likely to expand the chances of reaching a higher position in the near future, or the employer is just in need of a person with low operational capacity, instead of management.

Avoid saying why you applied simply because: your salary, benefits, job title, or you can't get any other job. It would be best if your answer clarifies the reason “why recruiters should hire you” ” that is, their interests are also in your desires.
