Responsibilities:

  • Assist the VP in cross-departmental communication and follow up on key tasks, providing timely feedback.
  • Manage internal affairs within the department and refine internal management matters of the company.
  • Coordinate and manage HR projects as directed by the executive team, including research, drafting reports, and organizing activities.
  • Participate in and organize departmental meetings, as well as maintain relevant meeting minutes.
  • Handle daily personnel affairs for foreign and Filipino employees.

  • 做好部门内部管理工作,细化公司内部管理事项;
  • 根据高管团队的指示协调和管理人力资源项目,包括研究、起草报告和组织活动;

  • 处理外籍和菲籍人事日常事务。
Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an HR administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting HR executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Experience managing complex schedules and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Tagalog, English, and Chinese preferred.
