RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to, maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes.
  2. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional
    responses.
  3. Assist in coordinating HR-related meetings and events, including taking minutes and maintaining records.
  4. Maintain and organize physical and digital HR files and documents.
  5. Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
  6. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for HR staff.
  7. Manage office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels.
  8. Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  9.  Handle data entry tasks and update HR databases as needed.
  10. Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of one year of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or HR certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
