Requirements :

  • Proficiency: Native fluency in English (prefer to know Tagalog)
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a Pogo-related role such as Payment, or Risk Control.
  • Education: Successful completion of a College or University program.
  • Age Range: Applicants should be between 21 and 36 years old.
  • Gender: Open to both female and male candidates.
  • Personal Attributes: Candidates should exhibit diligence, politeness, and cooperation qualities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Assessment:
    • Conduct thorough assessments of potential risks associated with our online platform, including fraud, security breaches, and regulatory compliance.
    • Analyze data and trends to identify vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  2. Fraud Detection and Prevention:
    • Develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities on the platform.
    • Monitor transactions, user behavior, and patterns to identify suspicious activities and take appropriate actions.
  3. Compliance Monitoring:
    • Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to online services and payments.
    • Ensure our platform adheres to relevant regulations and proactively addresses compliance issues.
  4. Incident Response:
    • Respond promptly and effectively to security breaches, data leaks, and other incidents that pose risks to the platform and users.
    • Collaborate with the IT and Legal teams to manage and mitigate the impact of incidents.
  5. User Verification:
    • Oversee user verification processes to ensure the authenticity of user accounts and prevent unauthorized access.
  6. Data Analysis:
    • Utilize data analysis tools to monitor and track patterns that could indicate potential risks or threats.
    • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and risk management strategies.
  7. Training and Education:
    • Provide training to employees and users on best practices for risk prevention and security measures.
    • Promote a culture of risk awareness and responsible online behavior.
  8. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other teams, such as Customer Service and Payment, to address risk-related matters that require cross-functional input.
