Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new hires
Develop and update training materials and SOPs
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
Work closely with team leaders to identify training needs
Ensure training quality and consistency across teams
Support performance improvement initiatives

Requirements
Native Myanmar speaker
Good English communication skills
Experience in training, coaching, or team development
Experience in iGaming, esports, or gambling industry is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Patient, detail-oriented, and responsible
