6. ASSUMING YOU'RE LOST ON A DESERTED ISLAND, WHAT THREE ITEMS WILL YOU BRING WITH YOU?
Do you feel like you're in a casting of “Robinson off the desert island” or “Pirates of the Caribbean”?. The fact is that many employers will integrate this question into the interview aimed at guess what your personality is in real life. To overcome this question, answer it most fundamentally: “I want to bring a clean water purifier, a lot of matches or lighters and an encyclopedia.” And of course do not forget to mix your witty in words. You can also offer other fun options such as Doremon's magic bag or Aladdin's flying carpet to avoid creating a feeling of cliché or being too serious in your answer.
7. DO YOU WANT TO SHARE SOMETHING THAT IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE CV?
You may be thinking that there is nothing more silly than this question because what is necessary you have to present in the CV and not wait to ask more! But, interviewers are really giving you more opportunities to show off your abilities that are within the framework a short CV may not be complete. So share a story about your ability to engage with your colleagues in the process, your positivity in previous challenges, whatever you think can inspire the listener.
8. HOW DO YOU REALLY FEEL ABOUT THE JOB YOU'RE APPLYING FOR?
Never feel whether the employer is showing himself or becoming stammered presenting you are too fond of the position no matter how real you feel. The interview is a form of negotiation about the value of the candidate, so prove yourself worthy of this job because of the skills you will bring to the company. You simply say,”I'm naturally interested in the job, but I want both sides to feel more fit and I'm ready for the next step of the interview process.”
9. WHY SHOULD WE CHOOSE YOU OVER OTHER CANDIDATES?
This is one of the most ridiculous questions you can ever hear because other candidates are not your best friends so you can compare your strengths against them. But many interviewers believe that this question can be a way to see if the candidate can “sell” himself (given the reasons that prove he is the most suitable candidate) well. To avoid getting into the trap of praising yourself more than others, let's honestly tell the interviewer, ” as far as I know, I know the company needs someone to respond to issues such as problem A, problem B. “I personally don't know or have had contact with other candidates, so I can't assess any more losses, but I think the skills I own and my ability to contribute to the company are in line with the requirements.”
10. HOW HONEST DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?
Of course, no one will admit that sometimes you will still have harmless lies, so this question makes you feel that the interviewer is deliberately teasing you? It is calm and re-sharing that honesty is a virtue as well as a necessary standard in many situations both at work and in life, you always believe in this and can give a few examples the reference proves how honest you are in previous working collaborations.
