How to show strengths in the interview

Take notes of what you like

Mark personal strengths when interviewing

Emphasize with personal stories
Identify the stories you can share to prove the experience. Start by answering the question directly, then reinforce it with a personal share.

When I get a new project, I like to ask clients questions about their interests and needs, if possible. Through this, I can connect personally with them while ensuring productive work.
