Account Staff – Indonesian, Malaysian require English and Mandarin

Working Hours/ Day off: 9 off 8

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for existing account management and client’s communications and conflict
• resolution.
• Discovering client’s business needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account.
• Preparing regular client reports.
• Maintain excellent client relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline.
• Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
• Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.

Qualifications:

• Motivational and Excellent communication skills.
• Age Requirement is 21-30 years old.
• Have a good understanding of Business processes.
• Working well in a team.
• The confidence in themselves and give the client trust in the work.
• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business related field.
• Strong time management skills.
• Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
• Required languages: English and Mandarin

WORKING SCHEDULE:

10 hours a day, 5 days per week with 2 days off per week and with shifting schedule (morning, afternoon and night shift)
