Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is a native Thai speaker to lead our marketing efforts in the Thai market. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, driving brand growth, and ensuring that all marketing activities align with the company’s goals iGaming Thai Market. This role requires a deep understanding of the Thai market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and cater specifically to the Thai market.
    • Identify key market opportunities and trends, and tailor marketing efforts to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
  2. Brand Management:
    • Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity in the Thai market.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication efforts.
  3. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  4. Digital Marketing and Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring that marketing activities deliver measurable results and ROI.
  5. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends in the Thai market.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
    • Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve financial targets.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and synergy across all business functions.
    • Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and leverage resources.
  8. Public Relations and Communication:
    • Develop and manage public relations strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility in the Thai market.
    • Serve as the company’s spokesperson for media relations and public appearances.
  9. Innovation and Growth:
    • Continuously explore new marketing channels, technologies, and opportunities to drive growth and stay ahead of competitors.
    • Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging creative thinking and experimentation.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a CMO/CEO role.
    • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns in the Thai market.
  2. Skills:
    • Native proficiency in Thai and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Thai market, including consumer behavior, media landscape, and cultural nuances.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis.
    • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  3. Personal Attributes:

    • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:

Projects bonus KPI per month/quarter/yearly
Housing allowance up to 2000$ per month or Accommodation provided unit full furniture, free electric water and internet bills
Meals allowance : up to 60𝟎$ 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 (release at the 1st date of the month)
Holiday and New Year bonus.
