We are looking for a Vietnamese-speaking Customer Service Executive to support users and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via live chat, email, or other communication channels
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist users with account-related issues, transactions, and platform navigation
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
Native Vietnamese speaker
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in customer service / support roles
Experience in iGaming, esports, or gambling industry is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts (including night shifts, weekends if required)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using CRM tools or live chat systems
Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary VND 16,000,000
