MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Gather and analyze financial information for internal use.
• Support budgeting and funding.
• Assist the company in managing its investment portfolio.
• Assume responsibility of accounting procedures.
• Evaluate the company’s performance using key data.
• Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making.
• Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk.
• Advise on problems and suggest improvements.
• Supervise lower-level personnel.

YÊU CẦU

• 3+ years of experience and Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting or equivalent. CIMA, ACCA, CMA, CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as management accountant, accounting supervisor or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office, including Google Drive.
• Analytical mind with aptitude in math.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A problem-solver with attention to detail.

CHẾ ĐỘ PHÚC LỢI

• Giờ làm việc: 9h30 – 18h30, giải lao 90 phút.
  Thử việc mỗi tháng nghỉ 06 ngày, Chính thức mỗi tháng nghỉ 07 ngày linh hoạt.
  Được hỗ trợ sinh hoạt phí: tiền ăn, thuê nhà, vé máy bay.
  Được hỗ trợ hoàn toàn chi phí làm VISA/WorkPermit.
  Được hỗ trợ căn hộ cao cấp 2 phòng ngủ, mỗi nhân viên một phòng (Khu trung tâm cạnh các tuyến BTS – MRT, có đầy đủ các tiện nghi Super Mall, Bể bơi, Gym, Co-working space…).
  Có thể tích liên tục những ngày off để về nước mỗi tháng.
  Chế độ du lịch/nghỉ mát hàng năm.
  Lương tháng 13.
  Thưởng Lễ Dương lịch, Nguyên đán, Các lễ lớn của VN như 30/4, 1/5, 2/9…
  Sinh nhật, Thai sản, Kết hôn, BHYT…Review lương, review thăng chức mỗi năm.
