MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Input, verify and proceed payments in a timely manner and in line with other teams with its control followed by SOPs.
• Be responsible for facilitating smooth transactions.
• Conduct dozens of bank’s routine transactions within time limits and established guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals etc).
• Assess customer needs and introduce new products and services (credit cards, saving bonds etc).
• Make sales referrals, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services.
• Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Comply with regulatory requirements.
• Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses.
• Resolve customers’ issues and provide relevant information.

YÊU CẦU

• 1+ years of experience and College / Bachelor in finance & accounting or equivalent.
• Proven working experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with online transactions.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills.

• Giờ làm việc: 9h30 – 18h30, giải lao 90 phút.
  Thử việc mỗi tháng nghỉ 06 ngày, Chính thức mỗi tháng nghỉ 07 ngày linh hoạt.

  Lương tháng 13.
  Thưởng Lễ Dương lịch, Nguyên đán, Các lễ lớn của VN như 30/4, 1/5, 2/9…
  Sinh nhật, Thai sản, Kết hôn, BHYT…
  Review lương, review thăng chức mỗi năm.
