MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Liaise with internal auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

YÊU CẦU

• 5+ years of experience and Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting or equivalent. CIMA, ACCA, CMA, CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Senior Financial Manager.
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst, legal regulation, etc.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Proficient user of finance software (SAP, Oracle, MS, …), MS Excel skill including Google Drive.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

• Thử việc và chuyển chính nghỉ 08 ngày / tháng, sắp xếp linh hoạt theo lịch trình cá nhân.

• Được hỗ trợ hoàn toàn chi phí làm VISA / WorkPermit .
• Cấp bậc Leader/Head/C Level trở lên: được cung cấp phòng riêng đủ tiện nghi.
• Cấp bậc Nhân viên : được hỗ trợ căn hộ cao cấp 2 phòng ngủ, mỗi nhân viên một phòng. Chi phí wifi, điện, nước do công ty chi trả
• Nhà ở do công ty cung cấp nằm ngay khu trung tâm sầm uất: cạnh các tuyến BTS – MRT, Super Mall, Co-working space…
• Nhân viên có thể chọn thuê ngoài và nhận trợ cấp 400$ mỗi tháng
• Có thể tích liên tục 6-7 ngày off để về nước mỗi tháng.
• Chế độ du lịch nghỉ mát hàng năm 300$.
• Lương tháng 13
• Thưởng Lễ Dương lịch, Nguyên đán, Các lễ lớn của VN như 30/4, 1/5, 2/9..
• Sinh nhật, Thai sản, Kết hôn, BHYT …
• Review lương mỗi năm 2 lần, Review thăng chức
• Thâm niên làm càng lâu càng có lợi
• Không giữ hộ chiếu, giấy tờ tùy thân.
