You will be responsible for leading our overarching digital strategy for Hyper Push and aligning it with the organization's vision and goals.
You will guide the execution of digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including the website, email campaigns, paid media, and other digital platforms.
You will work with other members of the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute an advanced website strategy that enhances user experience and drives conversions, analyzing performance and recommending data-driven enhancements.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver captivating and search engine optimized website content.
- Partner with the digital agency to develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across various platforms, targeting relevant audiences and driving measurable results.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, make data-driven adjustments, and optimize ROI across various paid media platforms.
- Oversee the planning, implementation and performance of paid media campaigns and strategy, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee the creation of compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs to drive engagement and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain an email marketing calendar to ensure timely and relevant communication with target audiences.
- Develop and execute a sophisticated email marketing plan, focusing on segmentation, automation workflows, and performance measurement.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques and attribution modeling to gain a comprehensive understanding of audience behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology tools and platforms to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with overall business goals.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis, to gain a deeper understanding of audience behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports on digital marketing performance to stakeholders, highlighting key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including website analytics, paid media platforms, email marketing tools, and other relevant sources, to derive actionable insights.
- Establish a comprehensive reporting framework, including key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and regular reporting schedules.
- Manage spending and budgetary constraints, optimizing investments for maximum impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members, regularly assessing and recognizing their contributions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, onboarding, engagement and revenue growth through product-led initiatives 3 years of product marketing, product management, growth marketing or similar, with deep experience in Book maker/Gambling/Casino.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user testing and other experimentation methods.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting marketing data and insights.
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing ad channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
