Working Hours/ Day off: 9 off 4Requirements :
- Proficiency: Native fluency in Tagalog and strong command of English for effective communication, reading, and typing purposes.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a Pogo-related role such as Payment , or Risk Control.
- Education: Successful completion of a College or University program.
- Age Range: Applicants should be between 21 and 36 years old.
- Gender: Open to both female and male candidates.
- Personal Attributes: Candidates should exhibit qualities of diligence, politeness, and cooperation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibility :
Payment Processing:
Monitor and process online payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and secure transactions.
Verify payment information, resolve discrepancies, and address any payment failures or errors.
Customer Inquiries:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to payment issues, refunds, and billing discrepancies.
Assist customers in resolving payment-related concerns and provide clear explanations of payment processes.
Fraud Prevention:
Implement and follow established fraud prevention protocols to detect and prevent fraudulent payment activities.
Collaborate with the Risk Control team to identify and address suspicious transactions.
Payment Reconciliation:
Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly payment reports to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment records and reporting.
Payment Optimization:
Continuously assess and analyze payment processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
Collaborate with the Technical and Customer Service teams to implement enhancements that enhance the payment experience.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive records of payment transactions, disputes, and resolutions for auditing and reporting purposes.
Compliance:
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to online payments.
Ensure adherence to relevant payment security standards and data protection regulations.
Reporting:
Generate and present regular reports on payment processing metrics, trends, and issues to management.
